U.N. finds barely 37% of money pledged in support of recovery has been disbursed
N.s position of the Special Envoy pro Haiti shows the disbursement rate pro pledges from known sector donors is right 37.2%. Of the $4.6 billion dollars pledged into 2010 and 2011, slightly $1.71 billion has been disseminated.
